          Kathleen Graham



Kathleen Graham has taught Montessori preschool for twelve years. She has a BA from Seattle University and a certificate for pre-primary education from the Montessori Institute of America. Kathleen is a member of the Pacific Northwest Montessori Association (PNMA), Montessori Institute of America (MIA) and Kindermusik Education Association (KEA). Kathleen and her husband Bruce have been married for 10 years, and have two children (Robbie and Audrey).

Megan Hicks, morning class assistant, has substituted at Olympic View Montessori for the past two years. She now joins the staff as a pre-primary assistant with a certification from the American Montessori Society. Megan is a member of the Pacific Northwest Montessori Society (PNMA) and STARS (State Training and Registry System). Megan and her husband Dan have two children, Hannah and Kyra; both have attended Olympic View Montessori.               

Tjelle (pronounced Chelly) Andvik, morning assistant and afternoon teacher, has taught preschool for three years at the Open Window School in Bellevue. She is certified in Montessori pre-primary education by the American Montessori Society. Tjelle is is a member of the Pacific Northwest Montessori Society (PNMA) and STARS (State Training and Registry System).               

Nicole Brown, afternoon assistant, was raised in Montessori schools and comes from Lakeside Montessori in Issaquah. She is a certified Montessori assistant through AMS and is planning on training to be  a certified montessori teacher.

Allan "Hawkeye" Sande
, Quiet Heart Nature Classes. Ten years ago, Allan saw the need for children to have the opportunity to explore and understand the wilderness that still remains in their own part of the world. Leanne Conaty, Art Teacher, has a Liberal Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and has been published as an artist on the cover of “Big B, Little B”. Leanne owns her own business, Art to You. (View current year's curriculum) She and her husband Garrett have five children: Claire, Emma, Maeve, Nora and Daniel.
